Preface
This book is an account of my teaching, research and practical activities of my professional life. Almost all the contents of this book has been furnished on the basis of syllabus and curriculum of the B.Sc. in Textile Engineering and B.Sc. in Textile Management courses under the Bangladesh Textile University Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is expected that the book will be helpful for the teacher and students of different level textile education base courses, as well as senior level executives of the textile and garments industries, specifically for the garments merchandisers working in the knit and woven garments export sector.
