This book contains articles that cover a wide array of legal topics primarily focusing on issues that most Bangladesh citizens are concerned of. Besides that, the author critically analyses some of the existing social legislation in the country with hopes to bring necessary changes in them. Hence, the name ‘Mutatis Mutandis’, which refers to “making necesary alterations while not affecting the main point at issue.”
