“Unwritten Constitution of Bangladesh” Taken from the flap of the book:
The book seeks to inform the readers that the Constitution of Bangladesh, like any other written constitution, is designed to be permanent and as such every detail is not supposed to be incorporated in the terse text. The need for accommodation of solution of new problems demands its expounding, which must be done by looking into the text through the lenses of implicit part of the Constitution comprising of its history and heritage, proclamation of independence, 21 Points of Joint Front of 1954, 6 Points of Awami League, 14 Points of Students Movement, and the series of decisions of the Supreme Court and other courts.
