Joseph Rudyard Kipling was an English short-story writer, novelist and poet. He is also remembered as the author of Just So Stories and Kim.
One of the most popular writers of his generation, Kipling was considered several times for Knighthood which he refused. In 1907 he was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature and he is its youngest recipient till date.
