Amartya Sen is an Indian economist and author. His fields of interest are welfare economics, development economics and ethics. Sen has authored books like Puffin Classics: Boyhood Days, On Ethics And Economics 1st Edition and The Argumentative Indian: Writings on Indian History, Culture and Identity.
Jean Dreze is an economist and author. He is a social activist and works on issues like hunger, famine, gender equality and child health. Dreze has co-authored the books Hunger and Public Action, The Political Economy of Hunger and Social Security in Developing Countries.
